Wellness Disclaimer & Safety Notices

Wellness Disclaimer
Wren sessions are for relaxation and personal development. They are not medical or psychological treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional care.
Wren provides AI-generated audio sessions designed to help you relax, unwind, build healthy habits, and work toward personal goals. Sessions use hypnotherapy-style relaxation techniques built on session structures authored by a certified clinical hypnotherapist — but listening to a session is a self-guided wellness activity, not a clinical service:
- Wren does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical or psychological condition.
- Wren does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, and nothing on this site or in any session should be taken as such.
- Using Wren does not create a practitioner–patient, therapist–client, or any other professional-care relationship with Hypnosis & Subliminal LLC (operating as Wren), its founder, or anyone else. Sessions are generated by software from your quiz answers; no professional has evaluated you or your situation.
- Individual experiences vary. We make no promises about outcomes or results.
- Never use Wren to delay, replace, or discontinue care from a physician, therapist, or other licensed professional, and never change or stop any medication or treatment because of anything in a session. If you have — or think you may have — a medical or mental-health condition, talk to a qualified professional.
If anything you experience during or after a session concerns you, stop using the Service and consult a professional. Questions: joel@motivationalhypnotherapy.com.
2. Audio-Safety Warning
Listen Safely
Never listen to a Wren session while driving, cycling, or operating machinery or vehicles of any kind. Sessions are designed to produce deep relaxation and, for sleep sessions, to help you fall asleep. That is the point — and it is exactly why they are dangerous behind the wheel.
Only listen when you are somewhere you can safely and fully relax: seated or lying down, in a safe place, with no responsibilities requiring your attention (this includes caring for a child and any task where zoning out could cause harm). For sleep-ending sessions, listen in bed. Use headphones or a speaker at a comfortable, moderate volume.
3. Contraindications Advisory
Check With a Professional First
Wren is a wellness product for the general adult population. Relaxation and hypnotherapy-style audio is not appropriate for everyone. Do not use Wren — or use it only after consulting your doctor or mental-health professional — if any of the following applies to you:
- epilepsy or a history of seizures;
- psychosis, schizophrenia, or other conditions involving hallucinations, delusions, or dissociation;
- serious or unstable mental-health conditions, including severe depression, bipolar disorder, or PTSD currently under treatment;
- a history of adverse reactions to hypnosis, guided meditation, or deep-relaxation practices;
- a heart condition, respiratory condition, or any medical condition your doctor has told you may be affected by deep relaxation;
- pregnancy complications for which your provider has advised caution with relaxation practices;
- you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Wren is a wellness product; the list above is a safety courtesy, not medical screening or advice, and nothing about it means Wren is suitable for you if your condition isn't listed. When in doubt, ask a professional first.
4. Crisis-Resources Line
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, do not use this product — get help now. In the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 24/7) or dial 911 in an emergency. Outside the U.S., contact your local emergency number or crisis line. Wren cannot respond to emergencies.
